For TV Box use only, less than 3 Mbps is sub-standard. 6Mbps is nominal, more than 6 Mbps is great. More than 12 Mbps is extraordinary! More than 20 Mbps is unusable for our purposes (but may be used by others on your network. (Remember, these figures are for "TV Box use" only! Other users on your network will require additional capacity.

Wait until you have both a blue and a yellow wave on-screen to complete the test for the second source. Both sources are safe and free. Let the test run (about 1 minute). The number beside the heading “DOWNLOAD speed” is the number of interest. A +/- 10% variation in results is nominal. If you are paying for 6 Mbps, but your testing indicates you are only getting 2Mbps, it's because the cabling from your ISP to your modem is old, sub-standard, improperly connected, or you are simply too far from their nearest distribution point.

9. If you use WiFi inside your home, regardless of your "Internet download speed", you're just barely limping along. Most existing WiFi connections inside homes are between 1.5 and 4 Mbps, and are very unstable (they may slow down, or even stop, frequently). Our "standard installation" (limits apply) provides a high-speed (typically 100 Mbps) network connection between your modem and your TV Box inside your home, so you'll get to use ALL the Internet speed you've been paying (and that gets to your modem). The network connection we add inside your home is included in the price of our standard installation. You can also call in your own network wiring company to do the work. Expect to to pay between $100-$135 for this feature.

10. There are no monthly fees to watch this TV, movie, sports, and news content. None! Read #6 again!
Users are free to watch as much as they want, whenever they want.

11. The content is dynamic, all digital, and growing. Brand new content is added every day.
